Who Is PC EXPERT CARE?

HOURLY RATES
Standard repair rate: $45
Remote support rate: $35

For on-site visits we have a very fair travel (trip) charge.

Trip charge is $10 for up to the first 15 minutes of travel time and $5 per additional 15 minutes.

Trip charges are billed only going to the location, there is not return travel charges.


PC Expert Care offer an exciting new support service called Remote Support. With Remote Support we can work on your machine over the Internet, saving you time and money.

Our Remote Support starts at $17.50 for a half hour session ($35 hourly rate). Where else can you get an PC Expert to service your machine without you having to unlpug it and bring it in for such a low rate?

First you need to contact us and arrange a time for the remote support session. We will then provide you with a link to download the support software.

REMOTE SUPPORT TYPICAL QUESTION & ANSWERS
Q: Do I have to buy any software?
A: No we provide the software free of charge

Q: I do not want to install more software on my machine, do I have to install yours in order to get Remote Support?
A: Our software requires no installation, it does not run unless you run it, unlike many programs that are always running.

Q: Is it safe to use the Remote Support software?
A: Yes it is safe, our software requires you to run it, it is also preprogrammed to only contact our support staff.

Q: What happens if the repair takes less than an hour, do I get billed for an hour?
A: No our Remote Support billing is done in 30 minute increments.

Q: What is the system requirements to run the support software?
A: You will need a WIndows 98, ME, 2000 or XP machine with broadband Internet service such as cable modem or DSL. Dial up and satellite Internet is not dependable enough to do Remote Support.
